Future Implementation of Project
I have been reading various books on improving teacher effectiveness. Quality instruction should be a teacher's priority. I read about the four dimensions of Learning Criteria to support 21st Century Learners-Foundation Learning, Stretch Learning, Learner Engagement and Personal Skill Development which help educators establish a learning environment that nutures well-rounded people.

My plan is to ask my principal to encourage the faculty to read about these four dimensions. ( The CTE Department would provide the content reading.) Individual teaches can adopt these dimensions and focus on the areas in their classrooms. There's no prescribed way to define or use the criteria, which is as it should be because every school is unique, improving individual teacher effectiveness is the goal.
