Action Research Project. jhw
Action Research is a practical approach to professional inquiry in any social situation. I have learned that this method will help to improve my teaching strategies and effectiveness. I am concerned that things are not going as well as I wish and that I need implement a new initiative.
Action research is a method of sorting out these concerns and reveal possible solutions and improvements.
Education leaders might use blogging for personal journaling and reflection. This would be helpful to them to go back and view their thought on things that happened in the past and see how they handled those situations. This is especially helpful if they are trying to handle a familiar problem. Because blogs can be accessed by others on the internet, those who read the educational leaders blog might be able to give advice on how to handle similar situations. Thus his or her blog can become a new source of information from which to get strategies to address situations of concern.
